摘要
目的:探讨不明原因复发性流产应用阿司匹林联合低分子肝素辅助治疗的效果及对雌二醇、γ-干扰素的影响。方法:将某院2020年5月-2021年6月期间收治的73例不明原因复发性流产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组36例和观察组37例,对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予低分子肝素治疗,观察两组患者保胎成功率、激素水平、凝血功能以及免疫功能。结果:治疗后,观察组保胎成功率(94.59%)高于对照组(77.78%)(P<0.05);观察组雌二醇(E_(2))、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)以及孕酮(P)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)短于对照组,D-二聚体(D-D)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD4^(+)、γ-干扰素(INF-γ)低于对照组,CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合低分子肝素应用于不明原因复发性流产患者通过调节激素水平,改善凝血功能以及免疫功能,从而提高保胎成功率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin on unexplained recurrent abortion and its effect on estradiol andγ-interferon.Methods:73 patients with unexplained recurrent abortion treated in a hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the control group(aspirin treatment,36 cases)and the observation group(aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin,37 cases).The success rate of fetal protection,hormone level,coagulation function and immune function of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the success rate of fetal protection in the observation group(94.59%)was higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol(E_(2)),chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)and progesterone(P)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the level of D-Dimer(D-D)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CD4^(+) andγ-interferon(INF-γ)in the observation were lower than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+) was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin in patients with unexplained recurrent abortion can improve the coagulation function and immune function by regulating the hormone level,so as to improve the success rate of fetal protection.
