摘要
目的:对比分析生物指示剂和化学指示卡在过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌效果监测中的应用价值,并分析影响二者监测结果的相关参数。方法:选择某院消毒供应中心开展的500批过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌物品为研究对象,在灭菌效果监测中分别采用四类卡法(化学指示卡)和生物指示剂(嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢生物指示剂)监测,对比监测效果,并分析灭菌参数(干燥方法、灭菌循环程序、装载量)对两种监测方法监测结果的影响。结果:在整体监测结果上,生物指示剂监测下灭菌不合格率为9.60%,与四类卡的9.20%相比(P>0.05)。不同干燥方法下,单纯气枪干燥时四类卡监测不合格率高于生物指示剂(P<0.05);不同灭菌循环程序下,长循环时生物指示剂监测不合格率高于四类卡(P<0.05);不同装载量下,40%~60%装载量时生物指示剂监测不合格率高于四类卡(P<0.05),80%以上装载量时四类卡监测不合格率高于生物指示剂(P<0.05)。结论:四类卡和生物指示剂对过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌效果的整体监测价值相当,但干燥方法、灭菌循环程序、装载量是影响监测效果的重要参数,实践监测中应根据各参数的配置选择合理的灭菌监测方法。
Objective:To compare and analyze the application value of biological indicator and chemical indicator card in the monitoring the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma,and to analyze the related parameters affecting the two monitoring results.Methods:Five hundred batches of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization items carried out by the disinfection supply center of a hospital were selected as the research objects.Four types of cards method(chemical indicator card)and biological indicator(biological indicator of bacillus stearothermophilus)were used to monitor the sterilization effect,and the monitoring effects were compared.The influence of sterilization parameters(drying method,sterilization cycle procedure and loading capacity)on the monitoring results of the two monitoring methods were analyzed.Results:In the overall monitoring results,the unqualified rate of sterilization under biological indicator monitoring was 9.60%,and that of four types of card was 9.20%(P>0.05).Under different drying methods,the unqualified rate of four types of cards monitoring was higher than that of biological indicator in simple air gun drying(P<0.05).Under different sterilization cycle procedures,the unqualified rate of biological indicator monitoring in long cycle was higher than that of four types of cards(P<0.05).Under different loading capacity,the unqualified rate of biological indicator monitoring was higher than that of the four types of cards when the loading capacity was 40%~60%(P<0.05),and the unqualified rate of four types of cards was higher than that of biological indicator monitoring when the loading capacity was over 80%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall monitoring value of the four types of cards and biological indicator on the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma is similar,but the drying method,sterilization cycle program,loading capacity are important parameters that affect the monitoring effect,and reasonable sterilization monitoring method should be selected according to the configuration of each parameter in practice monitoring.
