摘要
围绕“科学数据”和“数字版权”两个核心概念,立足于高校,从科学数据版权保护和数据使用许可两个角度明晰数据共享与版权管理二者关联,了解当下高校科学数据共享面临的版权问题,并考察国内外共七所著名高校科学数据的数字版权管理案例,借鉴成功经验。最后从法律、政策、技术、道德等方面探寻数字版权保护策略,旨在维护科学数据生产者权利,营造良好的高校科学数据共享氛围。
The article revolves around the two core concepts of"scientific data"and"digital copyright",based on uni⁃versities,and cuts into the themes from the perspectives of scientific data copyright protection and data li⁃censing,clarifies the relationship between data sharing and copyright management,and understands current university science Copyright issues faced by data sharing,and inspected the digital copyright management cases of scientific data from seven well-known universities at home and abroad to learn from successful ex⁃perience.Finally,the digital copyright protection strategy is explored from the aspects of law,policy,tech⁃nology,ethics,etc.,aimed at safeguarding the rights of scientific data producers,creating a good atmosphere for sharing scientific data in universities,and promoting the long-term and healthy development of national scientific data.
