一款预防褥疮的水动力漂浮减压病床的设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对褥疮导致的一系列并发症使患者病死率升高、住院时间延长、生命质量下降等情况,该研究设计了一款预防褥疮的水动力漂浮减压病床,旨在为长期卧床的人群提供更优的生活方式,有效预防褥疮,进而提高其生命质量。该病床根据水动力漂浮减压原理,将患者全身压力分散到各个部位;利用电气石发射红外线,促进患者血液循环;通过采用新型材料,增大表面空气流通;通过水动力微波,造浪减压放松患者全身。此外,该病床能够双向调节水温,多途径、全方位、全自动地预防褥疮,具有操作方便、节省人力、经济成本较低、收纳方便、可绝缘减噪等优点,具有较高的临床价值和社会经济价值。 In view of a series of complications caused by bedsores that increase the mortality rate,prolong the hospitalization days,and reduce the quality of life of patients,this study designed a hydrodynamic floating decompression hospital bed for preventing bedsores,aiming to provide a better life style for people who are bedridden for a long time,effectively prevent bedsores,and improve their quality of life.The hydrodynamic floating decompression principle is adopted to disperse the patient's whole body pressure to each part.The tourmaline is used to emit infrared ray to promote blood circulation and tissue rehabilitation.The new material is applied to increase ventilation on surface.The hydrodynamic microwave is utilized to produce waves to release the patient's whole body.Besides,the hydrodynamic floating decompression hospital bed can adjust the water temperature bidirectionally and prevent bedsores in a multichannel,all round and fully automatic way.It has the advantages of convenient operation,labor saving,low economic cost,convenient storage,insulation and noise reduction,etc.,consequently may play a positive role in clinical practice and social economic value.
