BEGO非平台转移和Cortex平台转移种植系统修复右上区第6恒牙的临床效果

Clinical Effect of BEGO Non-Platform Transfer and Cortex Platform Transfer Implant System for Repair of the Sixth Permanent Tooth in the Upper Right Area

摘要 目的探讨BEGO非平台转移和Cortex平台转移种植系统修复右上区第6恒牙(6a)的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月至2021年5月医院收治的接受义齿种植的120例患者,按照随机数字表法分为BEGO组与Cortex组,每组60例。BEGO组给予BEGO非平台转移种植系统治疗,Cortex组给予Cortex平台转移种植系统治疗,比较两组治疗后的种植边缘骨吸收量及基台扭矩值,随访3个月,统计并比较两组基台松动率及粉色美学评分(PES)。结果Cortex组的种植边缘骨吸收量少于BEGO组,基台扭矩值短于BEGO组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,两组基台松动率及PES比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与BEGO非平台转移种植系统比较,Cortex平台转移种植系统修复6a的临床效果更好,可在一定程度上有效避免种植体边缘骨吸收的出现,且基台扭矩值更短,但存在基台松动的风险。 Objective The clinical effect of BEGO non-platform transfer and Cortex platform transfer implant system for repair of the sixth permanent tooth(6a)in the upper right area was investigated.Methods A total of 120 patients who received denture implantation in the hospital from May 2012 to May 2021 were selected and divided into a BEGO group and a Cortex group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The BEGO group was treated with the BEGO non-platform transfer implant system,while the Cortex group was treated with the Cortex platform transfer implant system.The bone resorption on the implant edge and the abutment torque value were compared between the two groups after treatment.After followed up for 3 months,the abutment loosening rate and pink aesthetic score(PES)of the two groups were counted and compared.Results The bone resorption on the implant edge in the Cortex group was less than that in the BEGO group,and the abutment torque value in the Cortex group was shorter than that in the BEGO group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the 3-month follow-up,there was no significant difference in the abutment loosening rate and PES between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the BEGO non-platform transfer implant system,the Cortex platform transfer implant system has better clinical effect in repairing 6a,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of bone resorption on the implant edge to a certain extent,and the abutment torque value is shorter,but there exists risk of abutment loosening.
