精神分裂症护理中融合行为疗法的价值

The value of integrated behavior therapy in the nursing of schizophrenia

目的:探析融合行为疗法在精神分裂症护理中的应用价值。方法:以在本院治疗的60例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,选取时段为2018年7月至2020年6月,依据随机抽签法分组,组别为参照组与观察组。参照组30例患者予以常规护理,观察组30例患者予以融合行为疗法,对比分析两组干预前后阴性症状评分与生活质量评分。结果:相较于干预前,两组干预后思想迟钝、感情平淡、意志匮乏、缺乏社交兴趣评分显著降低,且观察组显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。与干预前相比,两组干预后生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分显著升高,且观察组显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:融合行为疗法在精神分裂症护理中的应用价值更高,有助于改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of fusion behavior therapy in the nursing of schizophrenia.Methods:Sixty patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.The selected time period ranged from July 2018 to June 2020.They were grouped according to the random lottery method.The groups were the reference group and the experimental group.Thirty patients in the reference group were given routine care,and 30 patients in the experimental group were given fusion behavior therapy.The negative symptom scores and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the pre-intervention,the two groups had significantly lower scores of mental retardation,lack of emotion,lack of will,and lack of social interest after the intervention,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the ple-intervention,the scores of the physical,psychological,environmental,and social relations of the two groups increased significantly after the intervention,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fusion behavior therapy has higher application value in the nursing of schizophrenia.It helps to improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
