某管道下穿工程对高铁桥墩影响的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决城市新建管道下穿既有高速铁路桥梁对桥墩稳定性产生的影响,以某新建综合管道下穿在建高铁特大桥107号-110号桥墩施工项目为对象,采用有限元软件Midas-GTS,建立数值仿真模型,分6个施工阶段对桥墩的位移进行计算分析,结果表明:最大位移均发生在管道安装、过水运营阶段的109号墩,最大附加竖向、纵向和横向位移分别为-0.059 mm、-0.171 mm和0.085 mm。结论认为:下穿管道的安装施工和过水运营会对高铁桥墩产生影响,将桥墩基础设计为柱桩形式或沿既有公路桥铺设,并建设桥架架设管道,对桥墩基础影响较小,可满足规范相关限值要求,此种施工设计方案可行,能给同条件下工程提供参考借鉴。 In order to address the influence of new urban pipeline crossing the existing high-speed railway bridge on the stability of the pier,the construction project of a new comprehensive pipeline crossing piers 107-110 of a high-speed railway with a super major bridge was investigated in this paper.A numerical model was established based on the finite element software Midas GTS with the intend to analyze the displacement of each pier particularly during six construction stages.The results showed that the maximum displacement occurs at pier 109 in the stage of pipeline installation and operation with water,and the maximum additional vertical,longitudinal and transverse displacements are-0.059 mm,-0.171 mm and 0.085 mm,respectively.It is concluded that the installation and construction of the underpass pipeline and the operation with water have an impact on the high-speed railway pier.Designing the pier foundation as a column pile or laying along the existing highway bridge,and building a bridge to erect the pipeline,which are believed to have little impact on the pier foundation,can thus meet the limit requirements of relevant regulations.The construction design scheme is feasible and can therefore provide reference for projects under the same conditions.
