芜湖市非亲缘外周血造血干细胞捐献志愿者招募情况调查

Investigation on recruitment of unrelated peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell donation volunteers in Wuhu City

目的探讨芜湖市非亲缘外周血造血干细胞(PBSC)捐献志愿者的招募情况。方法选择2007-2020年,安徽省芜湖市中心血站招募的3810例PBSC捐献志愿者中,人类白细胞抗原(HLA)低分辨配型全相合,并且同意参加高分辨配型的75例志愿者为研究对象,并且纳入研究组。采用整群随机抽样方法,选择本站2007-2020年每年1~3 d参加无偿献血的共计1634例献血者纳入对照组。研究组和对照组受试者的年龄为18~55岁;男性分别为60和916例,女性分别为15和718例。采用回顾性研究方法,收集2组受试者的性别、年龄、职业和文化程度等人口学特征相关资料。根据每年安徽省红十字协会要求完成的PBSC捐献者招募数量,计算本站2007-2020年的PBSC捐献志愿者招募任务年完成率和数量完成率。2组受试者的性别、职业、文化程度构成比等比较,采用χ2检验。本研究遵循的程序符合2013年修订版《世界医学协会赫尔辛基宣言》要求。结果①2007-2020年本站PBSC捐献志愿者的招募数量完成率和年完成率分别为97.7%(3810/3900)和64.3%(9/14)。研究组75例PBSC捐献志愿者中,17例(22.7%,17/75)成功完成PBSC捐献。②2组受试者的性别、年龄、在校大学生和文化程度构成比分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=16.780、61.653、18.764、278.183,P<0.001、0.001、0.001、0.001)。研究组PBSC捐献志愿者以36~45岁(46.7%,35/75),男性(80.0%,60/75),本科及以上学历(37.3%,28/75),以及非在校大学生(90.7%,68/75)为主。结论36~45岁、男性、非在校大学生为芜湖市PBSC捐献志愿者招募的重点人群。芜湖市中心血站应针对这部分人群,建立PBSC捐献志愿者招募策略,以提高PBSC捐献志愿者招募成功率。

Objective To explore recruitment of unrelated peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell(PBSC)donation volunteers in Wuhu City.Methods From 2007 to 2020,among the 3810 PBSC donation volunteers recruited by Wuhu Central Blood Bank in Anhui Province,a total of 75 cases of PBSC donation volunteers whose human leukocyte antigen(HLA)low-resolution matching were matched and who agreed to participate in high-resolution matching were selected as research subjects and were included in study group.Meanwhile,a total of 1634 voluntary blood donors who were selected in 1-3 d per year from 2007 to 2020 by cluster random sampling and were included in control group.The age of subjects in study group and control group was 18-55 years old.There were 60 and 916 males in study group and control group,and 15 and 718 females,respectively.A retrospective study was conducted to collect the demographic characteristics of subjects in two groups,including gender,age,occupation and education level.And calculate the annual completion rate and number completion rate of PBSC volunteer recruitment from 2007 to 2020,based on number of PBSC donors recruitment required Anhui Red Cross Society each year.The composition ratios of gender,occupation and educational level of subjects between two groups were compared using the Chi-square test.This study was in line with the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki revised in 2013.Results①From 2007 to 2020,the number completion rate of PBSC volunteer recruitment was 97.7%(3810/3900),and the annual completion rate was 64.3%(9/14).Among 75 PBSC donation volunteers in study group,17 cases(22.7%,17/75)were successfully completed PBSC donation.②There were statistically significant differences in gender,age,college student status and education level between two groups(χ2=16.780,61.653,18.764,278.183;P<0.001,0.001,0.001,0.001).The PBSC donation volunteers in study group were mainly 36-45 years old(46.7%,35/75),male(80.0%,60/75),bachelor degree or above(37.3%,28/75),and non-college students(90.7%,68/75).Conclusions Male,aged 36-45 and non-college students are the key groups recruited for PBSC donation volunteers in Wuhu City.In order to improve the recruitment success rate of PBSC donation volunteers,Wuhu Central Blood Bank should establish recruitment strategies for PBSC donation volunteers for the above-mentioned key groups.
