摘要
目的:从荧光方面对五加科人参属中药材人参、红参、西洋参、三七进行快速鉴别研究,并探讨传统荧光法和荧光光谱法鉴别的相关性。方法:应用传统荧光法与荧光光谱法对人参、红参、西洋参、三七进行鉴别,再通过302 nm、365 nm下荧光图像的总色差与荧光光谱中荧光强度的关系,探讨传统荧光法和荧光光谱法的相关性。结果:传统荧光法鉴别中,365 nm紫外灯下,三七粉末荧光与其他三者差异显著,水浸液的荧光亮度红参>人参>三七>西洋参;三维荧光光谱法的图谱辨识度高,四者荧光峰的峰数、峰位及强度各有不同;四者传统荧光法鉴别中粉末、水浸液总色差的差异一定程度上与荧光光谱法中荧光强度的差异情况符合,都反映了荧光组分含量的差异。结论:传统荧光法鉴别与荧光光谱法鉴别一定程度上与荧光组分含量相关,能快速、简便、有效地鉴别人参、红参、西洋参、三七。
Objective:To study the rapid identification of Chinese materia medica of panax ginseng including:Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Hongshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma Rubra),Xiyangshen(Panacis Quinquefoli Radix) and Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma) from the aspect of fluorescence,and to explore the correlation of traditional fluorescence and fluorescence spectra.Methods:Traditional fluorescence and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to identify Renshen,Hongshen,Xiyangshen and Sanqi.Then,the relationship between the total color difference of the fluorescence image at 302 nm and 365 nm and the fluorescence intensity in the fluorescence spectrum was used to explore the correlation of traditional fluorescence-fluorescence spectroscopy.Results:In traditional fluorescence identification,under the 365 nm ultraviolet light,the fluorescence of Sanqi powder is significantly different from the other three.The fluorescent brightness of the water immersion liquid is Hongshen > Renshen > Sanqi >Xiyangshen.The three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum has a high degree of identification.The fluorescent peaks of the four have different peak numbers,peak positions and intensities.The difference in the total color difference of the powder and the water immersion liquid in traditional fluorescence identification of the four is consistent with the difference in the fluorescence intensity in fluorescence spectrum to a certain extent,and all reflect the difference in the content of fluorescent components.Conclusions:Traditional fluorescence identification and fluorescence spectrum identification are based on the content of fluorescent components to a certain extent,and can quickly,easily and effectively identify Renshen,Hongshen,Xiyangshen and Sanqi.
