Research on Database Construction of the Third National Land Survey

第三次全国国土调查(以下简称“三调”)数据库的标准是统一的,数据库的建设方法却不一而足。本文结合县级矢量数据库建设的实际经验,按照三调的要求,对数据库建设方法进行了研究,并对建库过程的质量控制方法进行了阐述,形成了一套实用高效的数据库建设方法,对于提高三调数据库建设的效率和质量具有现实指导意义。

The standard of the third national land survey database construction is unity,but the ways to complete it are dissimilarity.This paper illustrated the commands of the third national land survey vector database construction.Based on experimental results,a high efficiency database construction flow with process quality control was concluded.This research on database construction had practical guiding significance on improving efficiency and quality.
