Quality Control Measures of Cadastral Survey in Shenzhen

基于深圳市地籍调查项目工作实践,本文分析了深圳市地籍调查作业环节中存在的问题,并提出较为有效的解决办法。为保证地籍调查结果权属归属清楚、界址清查准确、图件数据与实地一致,文中充分利用ArcGIS、WalkIMap和Idata软件各自的长处,就深圳市地籍调查过程提出相关质量控制措施,有效地提高了地籍调查成果信息的准确性和实用性,可为类似项目提供参考。

Based on the work practice of the Shenzhen cadastral survey project,this paper analyzes the problems in the operation of the Shenzhen cadastral survey and proposes a more effective solution.In order to ensure that the ownership of the cadastral survey results is clear,the boundary check is accurate,and the map data is consistent with the field by fully using the strengths of ArcGIS,WalkIMap,and Idata software,relevant quality control measures are proposed for the Shenzhen cadastral survey process,which effectively Improve the accuracy and practicality of cadastral survey results information,and provide reference for similar projects.
