浅谈在农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证中多软件的综合应用

Discussion on the Comprehensive Application of Multiple Software in the Registration and Certification of Rural Land Contractual Management Right Confirmation

以山东省聊城市东昌府区农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证为例,研究了农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证过程中数据处理的若干问题,介绍了农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证的工作方法和技术流程,分析了农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证数据处理过程中Excel、CASS、ArcGIS各软件的优势及每一阶段软件的选择。研究成果对农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证的数据处理具有借鉴意义,可降低农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证工作成本,减少错误,提高工作效率。

In this paper,taking the registration and certification of rural land contractual management right confirmation of Dongchangfu District,Liaocheng City,Shandong Province as an example,data processing issues are studied.This paper introduces the working method and technical process,analyzes the advantages of Excel,CASS and ArcGIS software and the selection of software in each stage.The research results can be used for reference in the data processing.It can reduce the cost,reduce errors,and improve work efficiency.
