摘要
口腔白斑是最常见的口腔癌前病变之一,可发生于口腔黏膜任何部位,易癌变。当口腔白斑癌变时常伴随细胞因子的异常表达,这些异常表达的因子可通过影响口腔白斑的细胞周期、细胞凋亡、细胞增殖、血管生成、炎症和缺氧等生物学过程,增加口腔白斑的癌变潜能,但相关因子多、作用机制复杂,且尚未作为预测指标用于临床。因此,通过研究口腔白斑癌变相关因子可进一步明确其癌变机制,对于临床中监测口腔白斑癌变倾向、阻断口腔白斑向口腔鳞状细胞癌转变及降低口腔鳞状细胞癌发生率至关重要。
Oral leukoplakia is one of the most common oral precancerous lesions.It can occur in any part of oral mucosa and is prone to canceration.Oral leukoplakia carcinogenesis is often accompanied by abnormal expression of cytokines,and these abnormally expressed factors can increase the carcinogenic potential of oral leukoplakia by affecting the biological processes of oral leukoplakia,such as cell cycle,apoptosis,cell proliferation,angiogenesis,inflammation and hypoxia.However,there are many related factors and complex mechanisms,and they have not been used in clinic as predictive indicators.Therefore,the study of oral leukoplakia carcinogenesis related factors can further clarify its carcinogenesis mechanism,which is very important for monitoring the carcinogenesis tendency of oral leukoplakia,blocking the transformation of oral leukoplakia to oral squamous cell carcinoma and reducing the incidence of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
