利益攸关方视角下的装配式产业链利益分配

Benefit Distribution of Assembly Industry Chain from the Perspective of Stakeholders

针对装配式建筑产业链收益分配问题,从产业链的利益攸关方出发,利用传统Shapley值法的思想,将风险分担、信任程度、资金投入、技术创新作为修正因子,并通过改进灰色关联度的方法确定修正因子权重,通过TOPSIS确定产业链收益分配改进系数,从而构建一个充分考虑主客观信息的收益分配模型。该模型不仅克服了传统Shapley缺少因子的问题,还解决了修正Shapley中系数主观性和随意性的缺点,并通过算例验证其有效性和适用性,该模型对解决实际装配式建筑产业链利益分配具有现实意义。

Aiming at the problem of income distribution of prefabricated construction industry chain,this paper starts from the stakeholders of the industry chain,uses the idea of traditional Shapley value method,takes risk sharing,trust degree,capital investment and technological innovation as correction factors,and determines the weight of correction factors by improving the grey correlation degree method,and determines the improvement coefficient of income distribution of the industry chain by TOPSIS.In this way,we can construct a profit distribution model which fully considers the subjective and objective information.The model not only overcomes the problem of traditional Shapley lack of factors,but also solves the shortcomings of subjectivity and randomness of coefficient in modified Shapley,and verifies its effectiveness and applicability through an example.The model has practical significance for solving the actual benefit distribution of prefabricated construction industry chain.
