Research on the Strategy to Improve the Performance of Labor Education in Research Travel

日本教育旅行中的劳动教育在劳动观念的养成、劳动情感的激发、劳动技能的获得、教育资源的拓展及劳动教育的衔接上积累了丰富的实践经验。以此为鉴,认为研学旅行中的劳动教育绩效提升策略应包括:从“讲台”到“现场”挖掘劳动教育师资,从“刻意”到“自然”设计劳动教育课程,从“单一”到“多元”开发劳动教育资源,从“学习”到“对话”升级劳动教育形式,从“丑化”到“美化”全面优化劳动教育环境。

Nevertheless,Japan has many years of practical experience in carrying out labor education through research travel,including cultivate students’concept of labor,motivate their affection for labor,help them to acquire labor skills,as well as expand educational resources and improve systems of labor education.This paper puts forward five strategies to improve the performance of labor education through research travel:to seek for teaching staff of labor education from"platform"to"field";to design curriculum for labor education from"deliberate teaching"to"nature";to find resources of labor education from"single dimension"to"multiple dimensions";to upgrade the form of labor education from"learning"to"dialogue";to optimize the environment of labor education comprehensively from"vilification"to"beautification".
