道德宽容的研究现状与未来走向

Moral Tolerance and Its Research Achievements and Problems

道德宽容作为一种指导人们行为实践的伦理规范,在应对道德冲突、处理道德矛盾等方面的价值和作用日益凸显。道德宽容是在我国道德建设的具体实践过程中形成的,它继承、吸收了中外道德宽容思想的优秀资源,是历史与现实的有机统一。学界对道德宽容的概念界定、适用限度及实现路径等方面进行了学理性研究,但道德宽容在发挥其作为伦理规范应有价值的实践中需解决脱离现实生活、陷入相对主义、缺失宽容意识的风险,以便更好地指导实践。

As an ethical norm guiding people’s behaviors and practices,moral tolerance plays an increasingly prominent role in dealing with moral conflicts or contradictions.Moral tolerance is formed in the concrete practice process of moral construction in China.It inherits and absorbs the excellent resources of Chinese and foreign moral tolerance thoughts,forming the organic unity of history and reality.So far,academic circles have carried out some scientific researches on concept definition,application limit and realization path of moral tolerance,and made many achievements.However,moral tolerance,in the process of exerting its value as an ethical norm,still needs to solve the problems in order to better guide practices,such as the risks of isolation from real life,immersion in relativism,and deficiency of tolerance consciousness.
