扩容风机基础承载力提升方案的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对风机扩容下的基础承载力提升问题,本文以1.65 MW风机扩容至2 MW的基础承载力提升为研究背景,提出了一种栓钉与环梁组合的方案,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS进行数值分析;同时,还对方案中环梁与台柱间的连接进行了量化处理。研究结果表明:未设栓钉时,基础薄弱区会发生受压破坏,且增加环梁高度对这一问题的影响甚微;而当设有栓钉时,基础薄弱区的应力、基础环水平度和环底接触应力均会随着栓钉排数和环梁高度的增加而明显减小,但环梁的应力则会随之激增。通过对30种栓钉与环梁的组合算例的有效性和经济性分析得出,采用高度为1000 mm的UHPC环梁与三排栓钉的组合可使基础薄弱区的应力减小17.5%以上;同时,基础中其他部件也均不会发生破坏。 Aiming at the improvement of the foundation bearing capacity under the expansion of wind turbines,in this paper,taking the foundation bearing capacity improvement of the 1.65 MW wind turbine expansion to 2 MW as the research background,a combination scheme of studs and ring beams is proposed,and numerical analysis is carried out using ABAQUS.At the same time,the connection between the ring beam and the column in the scheme is also quantified.The research results show that when the stud is not installed,the weak area of the foundation will be damaged by compression,and the increase of the height of the ring beam has little effect on this problem;when the stud is installed,the stress in the weak area of the foundation,the level of the foundation ring and contact stress of ring bottom decrease obviously with the increase of the number of stud rows and the height of the ring beam,but the stress of the ring beam increases accordingly.Through the effectiveness and economic analysis of 30 kinds of combination examples of stud and ring beam,the combination of UHPC ring beam with a height of 1000 mm and three rows of studs can reduce the stress in the weak area of the foundation by more than 17.5%;At the same time,other parts of the foundation will not be damaged.
