摘要
高层建筑的旋挖桩基础施工,一般在桩顶标高以上0.5 m平台作业,特殊情况下,需在桩顶以上的高位施工作业。本文以某肿瘤医院放疗楼旋挖桩基础实际工程为背景,由于该工程桩顶标高低于地下水位5 m左右,采用在地下水位以上高位施工旋挖桩的方案。同时,针对高位施工旋挖桩存在桩顶混凝土标高控制难等问题,对相应的施工质量控制措施进行了阐述。经检测,桩基全部合格,实测建筑物的沉降量也符合设计要求。本高位施工旋挖桩的施工方案达到了预期的效果,可为今后的类似工程施工提供参考。
The construction of rotary excavation pile foundation of high-rise building should be on the platform that 0.5 m above the elevation of the pile top.Under special occasion,the construction should be carried out above the elevation of the pile top.In this paper,a actual project of the construction of rotary excavation pile foundation in a cancer hospital is taken as background,due to the elevation of the pile top is 5 m lower than the groundwater level,the scheme of constructing the pile at a high position above the groundwater level is adopted.Meanwhile,aiming at the problems such as the difficulty on controlling elevation of high-level construction rotary excavated piles,the corresponding construction quality control measures are introduced.After detection,the settlement of the building meet the design requirements.This construction plan meets expectation,which can provide references for the construction of similar projects in the future.
