Floating bracketand jack-in method is an innovative construction method.It combines floating bracketmethod with jacking method,and it has the characteristics of fast construction speed,material saving,short occupation of navigable rivers,and no pollution to the rivers.It is suitable for construction of large-span bridges across rivers or coastal bridges.In this article,the application of the multi-point floating bracket and jack-in method in the erection of steel box girder is introduced,including the construction technology principle,process flow,operating points,etc.,the method of combining theory with practice is adopted,and taking actual engineering as an example,the multi-point floating bracket and jack-in method is discussed In terms of difficulties and disposal methods that should be paid attention to during construction.The practice show that erection of the steel box girder by the floating bracket and jack-in method not only speeds up the construction progress,but also shortens the closure time,bringing good social and economic benefits.
