摘要
目的 了解两种不同类型的高性价比脉搏血氧仪在高原地区对于外周血氧饱和度(peripheral oxygen saturation,SpO_(2))检测的准确性,为进入高原地区工作或旅行的平原人提供高性价比的脉搏血氧仪。方法 收集为了工作或旅行进入高原地区平原人用A、B、C三种不同的脉搏血氧仪(A为本研究的金标准,B为指环式、C为指夹式)检测的SpO_(2)数据,根据使用的脉搏血氧仪不同分为A组、B组和C组,利用IBM SPSS 23.0统计分析软件将A、B、C三组数据做配对样本检验。结果 获得了39位进入高原地区的平原人在相同外界环境下用三种脉搏血氧仪测得的SpO_(2)数据,A组、B组和C组的SpO_(2)(%)平均数分别为93.6±1.8、91.4±3.4和93.9±3.6,其中A组与B组差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 268,P<0.05);A组与C组差异无统计学意义(P=0.372 099,P>0.05)。结论 指夹式C脉搏血氧仪在高原地区检测SpO_(2)比指环式B脉搏血氧仪更为准确。
Objective To study the accuracy of two different types of cost-effective pulse oximeters for detecting peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO_(2)) in high altitude,and provide cost-effective pulse oximeter for people working or traveling in high altitude.Methods Collected SpO_(2)data from lowland people entering highland areas for work or travel using three different pulse oximeters A,B,and C (A is the gold standard of the study,B is the finger-ring type,and C is the finger-clip type).These data were divided into groups A,B and C according to the different pulse oximeters used.Used IBM SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis software to do paired sample test to analysis the three groups(A,B and C) data.Results The SpO_(2)data of 39 lowland people who entered the high altitude were measured with three pulse oximeters under the same external environment.The average of group A、group B and group C was 93.6±1.8、91.4±3.4 and 93.9±3.6 respectively.The difference between group A and group B was statistically significant (P=0.000268,P<0.05).The difference between group A and group C was no statistical significance (P=0.372099,P>0.05).Conclusion The finger-clip group C pulse oximeter is more accurate in detecting SpO_(2)in high altitude than the finger-ring group B pulse oximeter.
