基于安全监测与预警系统的边坡稳定性研究

摘要 为实现对露天矿边坡智能化预测和多维度防范,对边坡进行实时监测,研究露天矿边坡临滑预测技术,实现灾害发生前精准预警及预报,采用基于B/S架构的多工程浏览、查询与管理系统,系统包括通信模块、数据处理模块、采集模块和预警预报模块,可为露天矿提供远程、一体化技术服务,保证露天矿安全生产;又可实现多方位、多渠道社会化服务模式。研究结果表明:通过边坡在线监测与预警系统,对抚顺西露天矿E3000研究区域北帮边坡进行削坡和回填压脚2种工况的计算,最终得到单独采用削坡方案时,北帮需外扩68 m时,E3000剖面安全系数达到1.5;同时采用回填压脚到-50 m标高并外扩北帮25 m时,安全系数达到1.5,该结果可为露天煤矿边坡治理提供科学依据。 In order to realize intelligent prediction and multi-dimensional prevention of open-pit mine slope,carry out real-time monitoring of slope,study the prediction technology of open-pit mine slope and realize accurate warning and prediction before disaster,a multi project browsing,query and management system based on B/S architecture was adopted,which includes communication module,data processing module,acquisition module and warning and prediction module,it can provide long-distance and integrated technical services for open-pit mines to ensure the safe production of open-pit mines;also can realize multi-directional and multi-way socialized service mode.The research results show that through the slope online monitoring and early warning system,the north slope of E3000research area in Fushun west open-pit mine was calculated under two working conditions of cutting slope and backfilling presser foot.Finally,the safety factor of E3000 section reaches 1.5 when the north slope needs to be expanded by 68 m when the slope cutting scheme is adopted alone.At the same time,when the backfilling presser foot was used to the elevation of-50 m and the north slope was extended to 25 m,the safety factor can reach 1.5,which can provide a scientific basis for the slope treatment of open-pit coal mine.
