矿用自卸车液压助力转向系统的动态性能研究

摘要 矿用自卸车载重量可达上百吨,轴数以5轴、7轴为主,转向过程需要克服巨大的扭转力矩和惯性力,转向系统经历了机械式转向、液压式转向、液压伺服转向等不同的阶段,其中,液压伺服助力转向系统不仅具有良好的转向灵活性,控制精度也较好,目前已经成为矿用自卸车应用最广泛的转向系统。分析了矿用自卸车的液压伺服助力转向系统原理与关键参数,结合MATLAB/Simulink平台建立了液压伺服助力转向系统的模型,对转向系统的动态特性进行了仿真分析。 The load capacity of mining dump truck can reach hundreds of tons,and the number of axles is mainly five and seven.The steering process needs to overcome huge torsional torque and inertia force.The steering system has experienced different stages such as mechanical steering,hydraulic steering and hydraulic servo steering.Among them,the hydraulic servo power steering system not only has good steering flexibility,but also has good control accuracy,at present,it has become the most widely used steering system of mining dump truck.Analyzed the principle and key parameters of hydraulic servo power steering system of mining dump truck,establishes the model of hydraulic servo power steering system based on MATLAB/Simulink platform,and simulated and analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the steering system.
