依靠伸缩机尾紧链的新型顺槽刮板转载机及其经济效益研究

Study on New Type of Chute Scraper Transfer Machine Relying on Telescopic Tail Tight Chain and Its Economic Benefit

介绍了顺槽刮板转载机的功能及紧链方式,列举了现有紧链方式存在的问题及可能导致的故障,研究设计了适应综采工作面顺槽刮板转载机使用的伸缩机尾及简易机头。详细介绍了转载机伸缩机尾的结构组成及特点,依靠伸缩机尾紧链弥补了传统转载机伸缩机头紧链存在的弊端,操作更便捷更安全,也简化了传统转载机伸缩机头的复杂结构。最后以SZZ1200/525型转载机为例,对比分析了2种紧链方式不同零部件的成本。结果表明,采用伸缩机尾紧链可以在很大程度上节省材料,降低了成本,经济效益得到明显提升。

Introduced the function and chain tightening mode of the chute scraper transfer machine,listed the existing problems and possible faults of the existing chain tightening mode,and studied and designed the telescopic tail and simple head suitable for the chute scraper transfer machine in fully mechanized mining face.The structural composition and characteristics of the telescopic tail of the transfer machine were introduced in detail.Relying on the telescopic tail tight chain makes up for the disadvantages of the traditional telescopic head tight chain of the transfer machine,and the operation is more convenient and safe.The structure of the traditional retractable machine head is also simplified.Finally,taking SZZ1200/525 transfer machine as an example,the cost of different parts in two kinds of chain tightening methods was compared and analyzed.The results show that using the tail chain of telescopic machine can save materials to a great extent,reduce the cost and significantly improve the economic benefit.
