摘要
为避免采煤机摇臂热功率过高造成润滑油黏度下降、齿轮磨损、密封圈失效,提高采煤机摇臂冷却管组的散热效率,通过数值计算方法研究了冷却管组进口压力以及管径对摇臂换热效果与流动特性的影响规律。研究发现,通过增加冷却水管管径能够有效提高采煤机冷却水管的散热效率。最终通过试验系统验证了数值计算的准确性。
In order to avoid the decrease of lubricating oil viscosity,gear wear and seal ring failure caused by too high thermal power of shearer rocker arm,and improve the heat dissipation efficiency of shearer rocker arm cooling pipe group,through the numerical calculation method,the influence law of the inlet pressure and pipe diameter of the cooling pipe group on the heat transfer effect and flow characteristics of the rocker arm was studied.It was found that increasing the pipe diameter of the cooling pipe can effectively improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the cooling pipe of the shearer.Finally,the accuracy of the numerical calculation was verified by the experimental system.
