摘要
采煤机在行走过程中牵引力全部作用于行走轮上,行走轮齿面承受巨大的接触应力,导致齿面剥落现象时有发生。通过接触疲劳强度校核,对齿面渗碳层深度进行优化设计,从而提高行走轮的使用寿命。
In working process of shearer,traction force acts on the sprocket completely,and the sprocket bears a very large contact stress,which often leads to the phenomenon of the tooth surface peeling of sprocket.The depth of the tooth surface carburized layer was optimized by checking the contact fatigue strength,so as to improve the service life of the sprocket.
