摘要 为了分析激光雷达在煤矿智能化中的应用潜力,调研了激光雷达在井下三维测绘、井下激光同步定位与地图构建(SLAM)、巷道变形监测、带式输送机煤流量检测、煤岩界面识别等典型应用中的实现方案和性能优势,指出了激光雷达在井下场景中面临的主要问题,包括由振动、潮湿、煤尘等导致的性能下降,以及由激光能量导致的安全风险。随着激光雷达技术的发展,未来会出现更适应井下环境、更满足煤矿应用需求的矿用高性能激光雷达。 In order to analyze the application potential of LiDAR in coal mine intelligence,the implementation schemes and the performance advantages of LiDAR in typical applications such as underground 3D mapping,underground laser simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM),roadway deformation monitoring,belt conveyor coal flow detection and coal-rock interface identification were investigated,and the main problems faced by LiDAR in underground scenarios were also pointed out,also pointed out,including performance degradation caused by vibration,humidity,coal dust,etc.,and safety risks caused by laser energy.With the development of LiDAR technology,there will be high-performance LiDARs for mining that are more adaptable to the underground environment and better meet the needs of coal mine applications.
