摘要
为解决综采工作面传统供液方式存在列车拉移困难、人员进出安全出口狭小等问题,采取高压无缝钢管远程输送至工作面液压支架的供液方式。通过选型计算,寸草塔煤矿22119综采工作面供液系统主进液管和主回液管路选用内衬不锈钢复合管。实践表明:在工作面支架拉移情况下,液压支架状态较好,无管路漏液、窜液等现象,整个液压系统压力可满足实际生产需要。
In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional liquid supply mode of fully mechanized mining face, such as the difficulty of train pulling and the narrow exit of personnel entering and leaving, the liquid supply mode of high pressure seamless steel pipe long-distance conveying to the hydraulic support of working face was adopted. Through selection calculation, the main inlet pipe and main return pipe of liquid supply system of 22119 fully mechanized mining face in Cuncaota coal mine were lined with stainless steel composite pipe. The practice shows that the hydraulic support is in good condition when the working face support is pulled and moved, and there is no leakage or channeling in pipeline, and the pressure of the whole hydraulic system can meet the actual production needs.
