近水平煤层群长距离揭煤方法及增透设备选型研究

摘要 为实现王峰煤矿缓倾斜主斜井顺利穿过近水平3#、3#下煤层,结合王峰煤矿主斜井揭煤区域瓦斯地质赋存及矿井生产实际,在分析了揭煤难点的基础上提出了顶板辅助巷下向穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯的揭煤方案。通过现场考察研究选择了适合揭煤区域地质条件的增透工艺和设备,并对揭煤过程中各重、难点环节做了详细介绍。通过本次揭煤探索出了一套近水平煤层群长距离揭煤方法及适用于该方法的增透设备。 In order to realize that the gently inclined main inclined shaft of Wangfeng coal mine can smoothly pass through the near horizontal 3#and 3#_(下) coal seams,combined with the geological occurrence of gas in the coal uncovering area of the main inclined shaft of Wangfeng coal mine and the actual production of the mine,based on the analysis of the difficulties in uncovering coal,put forward the uncovering scheme of coal seam gas pre-pumping by drilling down the seam in roof-assisted roadway.Through on-site investigation and study,the anti-reflection technology and equipment suitable for the geological conditions of the coal uncovering area were selected,the key and difficult links in the process of uncovering coal were introduced in detail.Explored a set of long-distance coal uncovering method of near-horizontal coal seams and anti-reflection equipment suitable for this method through this coal uncovering.
