盾构机排料带式输送机张紧装置的研究与应用

Research and Application of Discharge Belt Conveyor Tension Device for Shield Machine

针对盾构机排料带式输送机的特殊性,结合现有的张紧装置在盾构机排料带式输送机上应用的不足和缺陷,研究了一种适用于盾构机排料带式输送机的张紧装置。从总体设计、液压系统设计及电控系统三方面进行研究,运用AMESim软件对该张紧装置进行仿真分析,并通过模拟试验进行可行性验证,结果表明,该张紧装置的性能能够满足盾构机排料带式输送机的使用要求。

Aiming at the particularity of shield machine discharge belt conveyor,combined with the deficiency and defect of the existing tension device used in shield machine discharge belt conveyor,a tension device suitable for discharge belt conveyor of shield machine was studied.Studied from three aspects of general design,hydraulic system design and electronic control system,AMESim software was used to simulate and analyze the tension device,and the feasibility was verified through simulation tests.The results show that the performance of the tensioning device can meet the operational requirements of the shield machine discharge belt conveyor.
