摘要 在分析矿山机电设备常见典型故障的基础上,建立了一种在线故障诊断分析系统,用于评估设备状态,早期发现并跟踪设备故障,为设备故障预示和制定维修策略提供技术支持,实现由事后维修向预知检修的转变,避免意外事故停机,从而提高设备整体运行的安全性和可靠性,大幅延长使用寿命,节约生产成本,同时实现现场设备无人化检测,为企业的无人化、智能化、现代化巡检打下基础。 Based on the analysis of the mine common typical fault types,an online fault diagnosis and analysis system was established to evaluate the equipment status,find and track equipment faults early,provide technical support for equipment fault prediction and formulation of maintenance strategy,realize the transformation from post maintenance to pre maintenance,and avoid accidental shutdown,so as to improve the safety and reliability of the overall operation of the equipment,greatly prolong the service life,save the production cost,realize the unmanned detection of on-site equipment,and lay the foundation for the unmanned,intelligent and modern patrol inspection of the enterprise.
