摘要
护帮销轴作为护帮和千斤顶的联接件,其强度决定了护帮能否正常伸展和收回。通过轴类零件理论校核分析,验证销轴的理论可行性,得到了较为合适的设计直径。基于Creo建立销轴的三维模型,并利用Workbench的静力学分析模块完成了对护帮销轴的有限元分析,得到了销轴的优化方案,提高了销轴的强度,实现了设计目标。
The pin shaft is used as the connecting piece of the protector and the jack,and its strength determines whether the protector can be extended and retracted normally.Verified the theoretical feasibility of the pin shaft through the theoretical verification and analysis of shaft parts,and obtained a more suitable design diameter.A three-dimensional model of the pin shaft was established based on Creo,and the statics analysis module of the Workbench was used to complete the finite element analysis of the pin shaft of protector,obtaind the optimization plan of the pin shaft,which improves the strength of the pin and achieves the design goal.
