Design of Intelligent Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Mine

摘要 为改善传统矿井井下工作条件、减少井下人员数量、提高井下安全程度,基于银星二号煤矿1131005工作面实际条件,结合当前煤炭行业智能化建设现状,通过分析、研究对1131005工作面进行了智能化开采设计。结果表明:智能化综采工作面工人数量约为传统工作面的1/3,集成了井下综采工作面环境监测、设备监测监控及故障判别预警等系统,从而达到自动化远程控制的智能效果。 In order to improve the underground working conditions of traditional mines,reduce the number of underground personnel and improve the underground safety degree,based on the actual conditions of1131005 working face in Yinxing No.2 coal mine and combined with the current situation of intelligent construction in the coal industry,made an intelligent mining design for 1131005 working face through analysis and research.The results show that the number of personnel is about one third of that of the traditional working face.The working face environment monitoring,equipment monitoring,fault diagnosis and other systems are integrated to realize the intelligent effect of automatic remote control.
