摘要 探索人机交互在公交站台设施中的创新设计方式并进行设计实践。依据诺曼的情感三层次理论以及文献综述提炼出三大人机自然交互设计要素,通过问卷、访谈、KANO模型对用户需求进行属性划分和优先级排序。用户对于公交设施的优先级需求主要归属于人机自然交互三要素,并针对性地提出了设计策略。通过附加用户习惯的、设备主动感知的、用户可多通道交互的体验以满足自然交互需求,并提出概念验证方案。 To explore the innovative design method of human-computer interaction in the bus station facilities and carry out design practice. According to Norman’s three-level theory of emotion,the literature review method extracts three design elements of natural human-computer interaction:situational awareness,multi-channel human-computer interaction,and user habit adaptation,and collects user needs through interviews and questionnaires,and then uses KANO The model divides demand attributes and prioritizes them.The study found that the priority needs of users for public transportation facilities are mainly attributable to the three elements of natural human-computer interaction,so a targeted design strategy and program design were proposed. It is proposed that smart public transportation facilities can meet user habits through additional temporary office platforms,city view clocking,charging devices,privacy spaces and other functions;use active perception and feedback platform ceilings to meet situational awareness;additional scan codes to take pictures and interact Projection to meet multi-channel human-computer interaction. Finally,a proof-of-concept scheme was proposed based on theoretical research.
