摘要 基于多资源理论,探寻合理调配可用资源以提升复杂驾驶任务下用户体验的汽车人机交互设计方法。分析了复杂驾驶任务下汽车交互设计的目标与路径,提出了由任务结构化分析、任务占用资源时间线分析、资源再分配与交互设计构成的设计方法,并以一复杂驾驶任务为例进行设计应用。该方法能清晰地描述任务执行过程中的交互情况及资源占用情况,准确找出资源负荷较高或占用冲突的时间段及造成该现象的原因,并基于资源分配原则为交互设计优化提供思路。该方法对优化车内交互设计有一定的指导作用。 Based on the multiple resource theory,this paper explores a design method of vehicle human-computer interaction by allocating available resources to improve user experience under complex driving tasks.Analyze the goal and path of vehicle interaction design under this situation. Propose a design method,which is composed of complex task structural analysis,task resource-occupied time line analysis,resource redistribution and interaction design. Finally,take a complex driving task as an example to design and apply.This method can clearly describe the interaction situation and resource occupation situation when the driver is in the process of task execution,accurately find out the time period of high resource load or occupation conflict and the causes of this phenomenon,provide ideas for interaction design optimization based on the principle of resource redistribution.The method has a certain guiding role in optimizing the interaction design.
