摘要
为更好地实现产品造型设计与工程的衔接,降低建模和修改的时间成本,保证产品造型一致性,提出由设计师使用参数化建模软件进行交互建模的设计方法。通过分析设计草图、三维模型、工程模型和设计师、结构工程师的关系,结合视知觉理论和几何建模思想总结出视觉两原则,其中视觉动力用于确认设计特征,凸显品牌语言;简化原则用于拟合非主要造型元素,梳理建模思路。设计师基于视觉两原则通过认知设计草图,构建出三维模型,并进行评价和修改,得到既满足视觉审美需求又可与工程直接衔接的产品模型。通过案例模型的构建验证了此方法的可行性。
In order to better realize the connection between product appearance design and engineering,reduce the time cost of modeling and modification,a design method for modeling by designers using parametric modeling software is proposed. By analyzing the relationship between design sketches,3 D models,engineering models and designers,engineers,and combining with visual perception theory and geometric modeling thoughts,the two principles of vision are summarized. The visual dynamics are used to confirm design features and to highlight the brand personality. The simplification principles are used to fit non-major features and organize modeling idea.Based on the principles,through understanding design sketches,modeling,evaluating and modifying 3 D models,the product model with good aesthetics and directly transition to engineering would be obtained. The case showed that the feasibility of the method was verified.
