“修旧如旧”理念下昭和制钢所工业旧址改造设计

THE RENOVATION DESIGN OF THE OLD INDUSTRIAL SITE OF ZHAO HE STEEL CORPORATION UNDER THE CONCEPT OF "REPAIRING THE OLD AS THE OLD"

为了保留工业旧址的历史文化内涵,同时提高城市中废弃用地的利用率。文章以“修旧奴旧”理念为设计原则,调研并分析了老旧工业基地的设计现状,从景观规划设计和室内空间改造方面,以东北老工业基地鞍山昭和制钢所为例进行工业旧址的设计改造。工业旧址是城市的重要组成部分,也是城市文化的重要载体,通过设计改造将废弃工业用地重新利用起来,使之成为一处城市景观。为以后工业旧址用地的设计改造提供一个新的参考。

In order to retain the historical and cultural connotation of industrial sites,and improve the utilization rate of abandoned land in the city. Based on the design principle of “Repair as old”,this paper investigates and analyzes the design status of the old industrial base,and carries out the design transformation of the old industrial site of Anshan Zhaohe Steel Making Institute in Northeast China from the aspects of landscape planning and interior space reconstruction. The industrial site is an important part of urban and an important carrier of urban culture.The abandoned industrial land will be reused through design and transformation to make it an urban landscape.It provides a new reference for the design and reconstruction of industrial old site in the future.
