摘要
目的研究东软Neuwise正电子计算机发射断层扫描(Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography,PET/CT)内置不同重建方法对^(18)F-FDG PET/CT图像质量及标准化摄取值(Standardized Uptake Value,SUV)的影响。方法回顾性收集2019年10月至2020年6月年于我科用Neuwise PET/CT行全身^(18)F-FDG检查的患者资料,采用Neuwise PET/CT内置不同重建方法对模体及真实扫描图像进行重建分析研究。主要的重建方法有4种:飞行时间(Time of Flight,TOF)法、TOF+最大后验重建算法(Maximum A Posteriori,MAP)、TOF+点扩散函数(Point Spread Function,PSF)以及TOF+PSF+MAP法。比较不同重建方法对图像质量和相关SUV的影响。结果Neuwise PET/CT内置的PSF和MAP重建方法均能在不同程度上对PET图像质量产生优化,二者联合会进一步优化Neuwise PET/CT的图像质量,而不会产生副作用。结论用Neuwise PET/CT ^(18)F-FDG全身显像进行检查时建议在TOF基础上同时选择PSF及MAP两种重建方法以获得高质量的图像及更精准的SUV值。
Objective To study the effect of different reconstruction methods in Neuwise positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT)of Neusoft on the image quality and standardized uptake value(SUV)value of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT.Methods The data of patients who underwent full-body ^(18)F-FDG examination with Neuwise PET/CT in our department from October 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively collected,and the reconstruction analysis of the phantoms and real scan images was conducted using different built-in reconstruction methods of Neuwise PET/CT,such as time of flight(TOF),maximum a posteriori(MAP),TOP+point spread function(PSF)and TOF+PSF+MAP.The impact of different reconstruction methods on image quality and related SUV was compared.Results The built-in PSF and MAP reconstruction methods of Neuwise PET/CT both optimized PET image quality at different degrees,and the combination of two methods further optimized the Neuwise PET/CT image quality without side effects.Conclusion It is recommended to choose both the PSF and MAP reconstruction methods,simultaneously on the basis of TOF after examination using Neuwise PET/CT ^(18)F-FDG whole-body imaging to obtain high-quality images and more precise SUV values.
