摘要
目前在用电导率测量仪器大多只能对高含水率原油乳状液的电导率进行测量,而无法准确测量低含水率原油乳状液的电导率。提出一种测量低含水率原油乳状液电导率的方法,该方法采用两个平行电极对试样施加高电压,测量流过的微小电流,通过计算得出试样的电导率。为最大程度接近真实工况,测量过程中测试电极置于恒温箱内,以保证测试温度和现场电脱水器运行温度一致,按照该方法加工样机,实现了对10%含水率以下原油乳状液电导率的测量。使用样机对大庆油田三元复合驱重点站场的原油电导率进行跟踪监测,分析测试数据,可指导调整现场电脱水器的运行参数,从而避免了因设备损坏对生产的影响。
At present,most of the conductivity measuring instruments in use can only measure the conductivity of high water content crude oil emulsion,but cannot accurately measure the conductivity of low water content crude oil emulsion.A method for measuring the conductivity of low water content crude oil emulsion is proposed.In this method,two parallel electrodes are used to apply high voltage to the sample,and the small current is measured.The conductivity of the sample is obtained by calcula-tion.During the measurement,the test electrode is placed in the constant temperature box to ensure that the test temperature is consistent with the operating temperature of the electric dehydrator on site,which is close to the real working condition to the greatest extent.According to this method,the pro-totype is processed,and the conductivity of crude oil emulsion with water content below 10%is mea-sured.The prototype is used to track and monitor the conductivity of crude oil in the key stations of ASP flooding in Daqing Oilfield.After the analysis of the test data,it is used to guide the adjustment of the operation parameters of the electric dehydrator on-site,so as to avoid equipment damage and re-duce the impact on production.
