摘要
煤层气产品气质主要是由粉煤灰、水露点和硫化氢等要素构成,在开采、集输环节中,煤层气始终含有饱和水,管道输送时在温降和压降作用下会淅出游离水。随着煤层气开发,煤储层从原来的单一3^(#)煤层逐渐变成3^(#)煤层、15^(#)煤层合采,硫化氢和粉煤灰颗粒含量大幅增加,给煤层气的输送、加工及下游销售带来了诸多不利影响。为此,考虑到煤层气不同于常规天然气的特有属性,煤层气处理中心采取了降低压缩机排气温度、增强脱水剂效果、降低水露点温度、增加脱硫装置,提高过滤分离器滤芯精度及优化结构等方法,最大限度拦截粉煤灰颗粒,整体实施效果显著,确保了气质指标达标并符合国家一类气标准,为煤层气净化处理提供了全新的探索与实践。
The quality of coal-bed methane products mainly depends on water dew point,fly ash and hydrogen sulfide,etc.In the process of mining,gathering and transportation,CBM always contains saturated water,and free water falls out under the action of temperature drop and pressure drop during pipeline transportation.With the development of coal-bed methane,the coal reservoir mining has gradually changed from a single 3^(#)coal bed to a combination of 3^(#)and 15^(#)coal bed,the content of hy-drogen sulfide and fly ash particles increases significantly,which brings a lot of adverse effects on the transportation,processing and downstream sales of CBM.Therefore,considering the unique properties of CBM different from conventional natural gas,CBM treatment center adopts methods such as reduc-ing compressor exhaust temperature,enhancing dehydrating agent effect,reducing water dew point temperature,increasing desulfurization device,and improving the precision and optimizing the struc-ture of filter separator filter element to intercept fly ash particles to the maximum extent.The overall im-plementation effect is remarkable,which ensures that the gas quality index reaches the standard and conforms to the national first-class gas standard,and provides a new exploration and practice for coal bed methane purification treatment.
