间歇热裂解技术处理暂存池中含油污泥的工程应用

摘要 某油田含油污泥处理配套建设7 t/h处理工程,其产生的含油污泥中含水41.1%,油34.9%,泥24.0%,具有高含油、物料分布不均匀、成分复杂、含水率较高的特点。针对上述含油污泥特性,采用了间歇热裂解处理工艺。含油污泥进入间歇热裂解炉绝氧间接加热,烃类等有机物受热蒸发、裂解,气相先通过分气包部分冷凝为重油,其余气相进入后续的油水冷凝装置变为轻质油和水,未冷凝的不凝气返回燃烧,最终含油污泥残渣满足DB23/T 1413—2010《油田含油污泥综合利用污染控制标准》石油类<3‰农用污泥污染控制要求。工程实践结果表明,该工艺具有占地面积小、抗冲击负荷能力强、处理效果稳定的特点,可为同类含油污泥处理工程的设计和运行提供借鉴。 A 7 t/h matching treatment project is constructed for the oily sludge treatment in an oilfield.The composition of the oily sludge produced is 41.1%water,34.9%oil,and 24.0%mud,which has the characteristics of high oil content,uneven material distribution,complex composition,and high water content.In view of the above characteristics of the oily sludge,batch pyrolysis treatment process is adopted.The oily sludge is indirectly heated in the batch pyrolysis furnace without oxygen,and the organic compounds such as hydrocarbons are vaporized and cracked by heat.The gas phase generated will first be partially condensed into heavy oil through the air separator,and the remaining gas phase will enter the subsequent oil-water condensing device and become light oil and water.The remaining non-condensate gas will be returned to combustion.Finally,the oily sludge residue can meet the(DB23/T1413-2010)“pollution control standard for comprehensive utilization of oily sludge in oil-field”,and the petroleum content of agricultural sludge should be less than 3‰.The engineering prac-tice results show that the process has the characteristics of small land occupation,strong anti-shock load capacity and stable treatment effect,which can provide a reference for the design and operation of simi-lar oily sludge treatment projects.
