基于MFB滤波器的非接触式管道沉积物检测系统设计

摘要 本文设计了一种基于MFB(Multiple Feedback)滤波器测量管道沉积物的系统。由于超声导波在传播过程中遇到介质边界会发生反射、透射以及模式变换等现象,通过管道外壁放置的接受端获取各个测点的回波信号幅值进行数据处理计算,建立模型并将测得的信号幅值进行计算得到管道内沉积物厚度,实现非接触式测量管道内沉积物的功能。实验结果表明,本文设计的检测系统能够较为准确测量管道内沉积物厚度,测量误差在±2cm内。 A system for measuring pipeline sediment based on MFB filters was designed.Since the ultrasonic guided wave encounters the medium boundary during the propagation process,the phenomenon of reflection,transmission,and mode transformation will occur.The echo signal amplitude of each measuring point is obtained through the receiving end placed on the outer wall of the pipe,and the data is processed and calculated.After the model is established,the measured signal amplitude is calculated to obtain the thickness of the sediment in the pipeline,and the function of non-contact measurement of the sediment in the pipeline is realized.The experimental results showed that the detection system designed in this paper could accurately measure the thickness of the sediment in the pipeline,and the measurement error was controlled within±2cm.
