承德少数民族地区基础教育信息化发展现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures for the Development of Basic Education Informatization in Ethnic Minority Areas of Chengde

承德市少数民族自治县区教育信息化建设,按照国家信息化发展要求和时限,远未达标。究其原因主要存在三方面问题:一是对国家教育优先发展战略认识不到位;二是对教育信息化建设缺乏统筹规划;三是对教育信息化建设工作组织、落实、监管不到位。针对问题及原因,承德市各少数民族自治县针对教育信息化建设,一要提高认识,思想到位;二要统筹规划,政策到位;三要组织落实,监管到位。

The construction of education informatization in the ethnic minority autonomous counties and districts in Chengde is far from meeting the standard according to the requirements of national informatization development.The reasons for this are mainly three problems:firstly,the lack of awareness of the national strategy for the priority development of education;secondly,the lack of integrated planning for education informatization construction;and thirdly,the lack of organization,implementation and supervision of education informatization construction.In view of the problems and the causes,the ethnic minority autonomous counties in Chengde City should firstly raise awareness and put in place ideas;secondly,coordinate planning and put in place policies;and thirdly organize and implement and supervise the construction of education informatization.
