定频空调器低温制冷运行控制系统的可靠性分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着机房、食品加工等场所低温制冷需求增多,定频空调器的制冷范围需要从最低18℃制冷扩展到-10℃制冷,以满足日益增多的需求。为了减少定频空调器的零部件增加,合理控制成本,本文通过对定频空调器低温制冷的运行参数分析,提供一种智能的控制程序,通过检测室外环境温度、冷凝器盘管温度、压缩机电流等参数,合理控制室外风机的启停时机,避免压缩机频繁关闭,使普通定频空调器制冷范围得到扩大。 Since needs of low temperature refrigeration in places such as machine rooms and food processing factory are becoming more and more,the lowest cooling temperature of fix frequency air-conditioner expanded from 18℃to-10℃.To reduce the increase of fix frequency air-conditioner’s components and cut costs reasonably,a kind of smart control program is developed by analysis parameters during the low temperature operation of the fix frequency air-conditioner in the article.By testing parameters such as outdoor temperature,condensing coil temperature,compressor current,etc,the starting and stopping of fans in outdoor units is controlled reasonably and frequent shutdown of compressors is avoided.Then the cooling range of fix frequency air-conditioner is expanded.
