针刺颈夹脊穴配合复方小活络丸治疗中老年颈型颈椎病的效果观察

Effect of acupuncture on cervical jiaji point combined with Compound Xiaohuoluo Pill in the treatment of cervical spondylosis in middle-aged and elderly

目的:探讨用针刺颈夹脊穴法配合复方小活络丸治疗中老年颈型颈椎病的效果。方法:选择北京市第二医院接诊的36例中老年颈型颈椎病患者作为研究对象。采用针刺颈夹脊穴法配合复方小活络丸对这些患者进行治疗,然后观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗4周后,36例患者治疗的总有效率为94.44%(34/36)。治疗4周后,其中除2例患者因治疗无效中断治疗外,其余34例患者均坚持口服复方小活络丸进行巩固疗效,2周后停药。半年后对34例患者进行随访得知,其均未再次出现颈项不适、头肩背拘挛疼痛等症状。结论:用针刺颈夹脊穴法配合复方小活络丸对中老年颈型颈椎病患者进行治疗的效果显著,能有效减轻其临床症状,预防其病情复发。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture at Cervical jiaji point combined with compound Xiaohuoluo pill in the treatment of cervical spondylosis in middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:Thirty-six patients with cervical spondylosis in the second Hospital of Beijing were selected as the research object.These patients were treated by acupuncture at neck jiaji point and compound Xiaohuoluo pill,and then the clinical efficacy was observed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of 36 patients was 94.44%(34/36).After 4 weeks of treatment,except for 2 patients who stopped the treatment due to ineffective treatment,the other 34 patients all persisted in taking compound Xiaohuoluo Pill for consolidation effect and stopped taking it 2 weeks later.Half a year later,34 patients were followed up and found that none of them had neck discomfort,head,shoulder and back pain and other symptoms again.Conclusion:Acupuncture at cervical jiaji point combined with compound Xiaohuoluo pill has a significant effect on the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical spondylosis,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and prevent the recurrence of the disease.
