FARES法与Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位的效果比较

Comparison of FARES method and Hippocrates method in the treatment of anterior dislocation of shoulder joint

目的:比较用FARES法与Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位的效果。方法:选取北京市密云区医院骨科急诊收治的100例肩关节前脱位患者作为研究对象。根据复位方法的不同将其分为FARES组和HIPPOCRATES组。分别采用FARES法与Hippocrates法对FARES组患者和HIPPOCRATES组患者进行肩关节复位。比较两组患者复位的成功率、复位的时间和次数、并发症的发生率、复位过程中和复位成功后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分及肩关节功能的恢复情况。结果:与HIPPOCRATES组患者相比,FARES组患者复位的成功率更高,复位的次数更少,复位的时间更短,并发症的发生率更低,P<0.05。与HIPPOCRATES组患者相比,FARES组患者复位过程中及复位成功后的VAS评分均更低,P<0.05。两组患者治疗后肩关节的功能均恢复良好。结论:与用Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位相比,用FARES法治疗此病的效果更好,能更有效地提高复位的成功率,缩短复位的时间,减少复位的次数,减轻患者的疼痛感,降低其并发症的发生率。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of FARES and Hippocrates in the treatment of anterior dislocation of shoulder.Methods:100 patients with anterior dislocation of shoulder were selected as the research object.According to the different reset methods,they were divided into FARES group and HIPPOCRATES group.Shoulder joint reduction was performed in the FARES group and Hippocrates group by using the FARES method and the Hippocrates method respectively.The success rate of reduction,duration and frequency of reduction,incidence of complications,visual analogue scale(VAS)score during and after reduction,and recovery of shoulder function were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the HIPPOCRATES group,patients in the FARES group had a higher rate of successful reduction,fewer times of reduction,shorter duration of reduction,and lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).VAS scores during and after reduction were lower in the FARES group than in the HIPPOCRATES group(P<0.05).The function of shoulder joint in both groups recovered well after treatment.Conclusions:Compared with Hippocrates for anterior shoulder disarticulation,FARES is more effective in the treatment of anterior shoulder disarticulation,improving the success rate of reduction,shortening the time and frequency of reduction,alleviating pain,and reducing the incidence of complications.
