超声弹性成像技术联合miR-21和CA153检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨超声弹性成像技术联合miR-21和CA153检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2019年10月至2021年3月定州市人民医院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者77例为研究对象。对这些患者进行超声检查,并检测其血清CA153和miR-21的水平。以病理检查结果为金标准,观察用CA153检测+miR-21检测、超声弹性成像技术+CA153检测、超声弹性成像技术+miR-21检测、超声弹性成像技术+CA153检测+miR-21检测诊断这些患者病情的效果。结果:用CA153检测+miR-21检测诊断这些患者病情的总准确率为85.71%。用超声弹性成像技术+CA153检测诊断这些患者病情的总准确率为89.61%。用超声弹性成像技术+miR-21检测诊断这些患者病情的总准确率为90.91%。用超声弹性成像技术+CA153检测+miR-21检测诊断这些患者病情的总准确率为94.81%(73/77),敏感度为96.00%(48/50),特异度为92.59%(25/27),阳性预测值为96.00%(48/50),阴性预测值为92.59%(25/27)。结论:超声弹性成像技术联合miR-21和CA153检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值较高。 Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound elastography combined with Mir-21 and CA153 in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:A total of 77 breast cancer patients admitted to Dingzhou People’s Hospital from October 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were examined by ultrasound and their serum CA153 and Mir-21 levels were determined.Pathological examination results were taken as the gold standard to observe the effect of CA153 detection+Mir-21 detection,ultrasound elastography+CA153 detection,ultrasound elastography+Mir-21 detection,ultrasound elastography+CA153 detection+Mir-21 detection in the diagnosis of these patients.Results:The total accuracy of CA153 detection+Mir-21 detection was 85.71%.The overall accuracy of ultrasound elastography+CA153 in diagnosing these patients was 89.61%.The overall accuracy of ultrasound elastography plus Mir-21 detection in diagnosing these patients was 90.91%.The total accuracy of ultrasound elastography+CA153 detection+Mir-21 detection was 94.81%(73/77),sensitivity was 96.00%(48/50),specificity was 92.59%(25/27),positive predictive value was 96.00%(48/50).The negative predictive value was 92.59%(25/27).Conclusion:Ultrasound elastography combined with Mir-21 and CA153 detection has high application value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
