核磁共振检查在缺血性脑血管病中的应用体会

Application Experience of MRI Examination in Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:探究核磁共振(MRI)检查在缺血性脑血管病中的应用体会。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年11月郑州市第三人民医院收治的86例缺血性脑血管病患者,全部患者均接受常规CT检查与MRI检查,其中将接受MRI检查的患者作为MRI检查组,将接受常规CT检查的患者作为常规CT检查组。对比两种检查方式的诊断准确率、手术治疗后的不良反应发生情况。结果:与常规CT检查组相比较,MRI检查组诊断各病变血管部位的诊断准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.058、4.034、4.046、4.074、4.011,P<0.05)。与常规CT检查组相比较,MRI检查组诊断各程度血管狭隘情况诊断准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.021、4.034、4.074、4.021,P<0.05)。手术治疗后,与常规CT检查组相比较,MRI检查组的术后不良反应发生率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.021,P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑血管病患者接受MRI检查技术治疗的病变血管部位、血管狭窄诊断率较高,且具有无创性,不良反应发生率低,安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application of MRI in ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:A total of 86 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected,and all patients received routine CT and MRI examinations.The patients who underwent MRI examination were regarded as the MRI examination group,and the patients who underwent routine CT examination were regarded as the routine CT examination group.The diagnostic accuracy and adverse reactions of the two methods were compared.Results:Compared with the conventional CT examination group,the MRI examination group had a higher diagnostic accuracy in diagnosing the diseased blood vesselsthe differnce was statiscally significant(χ^(2)=4.058,4.034,4.046,4.074,4.011,P<0.05).Compared with the conventional CT examination group,the MRI examination group had higher diagnostic accuracy in diagnosing various degrees of vascular stenosis,the differnce was statiscally significant(χ^(2)=4.021,4.034,4.074,4.021,P<0.05).After surgical treatment,the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was higher in the MRI group than in the conventional CT group,the differnce was statiscally significant(χ^(2)=4.021,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated by MRI have a high diagnostic rate of diseased blood vessel sites and vascular stenosis,and are non-invasive,with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety,and are worthy of popularization and application.
