摘要
目的:分析乳腺小肿块超声影像报告和数据系统指标特征与弹性成像结合对早期乳腺癌诊断的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年10月—2019年10月漯河市召陵区人民医院收治的100例乳腺肿块患者临床资料,均为女性。患者均进行超声影像报告与数据系统分类诊断、弹性成像诊断,以病理结果为金标准,对比超声影像报告与数据系统、弹性成像单独及联合诊断价值。结果:100例乳腺肿块患者经病理诊断发现恶性30例,良性70例;超声影像报告与数据系统联合弹性成像诊断早期乳腺癌的灵敏度(96.67%)、特异度(97.14%)、准确度(97.00%)、阳性预测值(93.55%)、阴性预测值(98.55%)均高于超声影像报告与数据系统[(73.33%)、(75.71%)、(75.00%)、(56.41%)、(86.89%)]及弹性成像单独诊断[(70.00%)、(77.14%)、(75.00%)、(58.33%)、(84.38%)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.917、14.469、22.183、13.235、8.663,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺小肿块患者进行超声影像报告与数据系统联合弹性成像诊断能够准确辨别良恶性,利于尽早发现早期乳腺癌。
Objective:To analyze the effects of ultrasound imaging and data system characteristics and elastography on the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with breast mass admitted in the hospital from October2018 to October 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,who were all female.All patients underwent ultrasound imaging report,data system classification diagnosis,and elastography diagnosis.The pathological results were taken as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging report and data system,and elastography alone and in combination were compared.Results:Pathological diagnosis of 100 patients with breast masses was found to be malignant in 30 cases and benign in 70 cases.The sensitivity(96.67%),specificity(97.14%),accuracy(97.00%),positive predictive value(93.55%)and negative predictive value(98.55%)of ultrasound imaging report and data system combined with elastography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer were higher than ultrasound imaging report([73.33%],[75.71%],[75.00%],[56.41%],[86.89%])and data system and elastography alone diagnosis([70.00%],[77.14%],[75.00%],[58.33%],[84.38%]),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.917,14.469,22.183,13.235,8.663,P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound imaging and data system combined with elastography can accurately distinguish benign from malignant.It is beneficial to the early detection of early breast cancer.
