摘要
目的:探讨电脑中频治疗仪配合康复训练对脑卒中患者神经功能与运动功能的影响。方法;选取2018年12月—2020年9月宜春市中医院收治的94例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各47例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取电脑中频治疗仪联合康复训练。对比两组神经功能、日常生活活动能力、运动功能及生存质量。结果:干预前两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力Barthel指数(BI)评分、运动功能评定量表(FMA)、脑卒中影响量表(SIS)对比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.489、0.904、0.889、1.143、1.321、0.446、1.404、0.618、0.755、0.699、1.285、1.825,P>0.05);干预后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.646,P<0.05);观察组BI量表及FMA量表中的上肢与下肢评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.044、8.166、7.170,P<0.05);观察组SIS量表中手功能、力气、移动能力、交流、情绪、日常生活能力、记忆与思维、参与评高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.548、11.856、7.467、5.254、7.441、9.002、8.514、10.905,P<0.05)。结论:电脑中频治疗仪联合康复训练可有效减轻脑卒中患者神经损伤,改善神经功能,提升上下肢运动功能,恢复日常生活活动能力,从而提升患者生存质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of computerized intermediate frequency therapeutic equipment combined with rehabilitation training on neurological and motor functions of stroke patients.Methods:A total of 94 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given computer intermediate frequency therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.The neurological function,activities of daily living,motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Barthel Index(BI)score for activities of daily living,Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMA),and Stroke Impact Scale(SIS)between the two groups(t=1.489,0.904,0.889,1.143,1.321,0.446,1.404,0.618,0.755,0.699,1.285,1.825,P>0.05).After the intervention,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.646,P<0.05).The distribution of upper and lower extremity scores in the BI scale and FMA scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.044,8.166,7.170,P<0.05).The scores of hand function,strength,mobility,communication,emotion,daily living ability,memory and thinking,and participation in the SIS scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.548,11.856,7.467,5.254,7.441,9.002,8.514,10.905,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of computerized intermediate frequency therapeutic equipment and rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the nerve damage of stroke patients,improve nerve function,enhance the motor function of upper and lower limbs,and restore the ability of daily living activities,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
