三生功能视角下京津冀城镇圈类型划分与变化特征

Evolution Characteristics of Production-Living-Ecological Function in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration at the County Level

以京津冀城市群为研究区域,在测度其三生功能的生态位适宜度和空间引力的基础上,采用社会网络分析法、ArcGIS空间分析法,开展三生功能视角下的京津冀城市群凝聚子群划分,并用定量、定性相结合的方式识别了三生功能视角下的京津冀城镇圈格局及演化特征。结果表明:(1)三生功能视角下,京津冀城市群生态位适宜度的空间分异明显,且内部子群结构已开始突破行政边界的限制,跨区域的深度功能联系和多层次圈层结构已初步建立。(2)在京津冀城市群中,“京津双核”在生产、生活功能方面的引领地位仍然稳固,但首都周边承接首都生产、生活功能的多个城镇圈已经形成,疏解非首都功能的政策效果正在显现。(3)生态型城镇圈的形成与生态功能适宜性等级并无明显关联,而是在生产型和生活型城镇圈周边由生态型核心城镇组合成团,构建起生态保护的重要屏障。(4)京津冀城市群共形成14个三生功能综合型城镇圈,并演化出核心城镇明确且稳定的综合型城镇圈和多核心城镇协作共生的综合型城镇圈两种典型类型,为京津冀协同发展和京津冀城镇圈格局优化奠定了坚实的基础。

Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration as the research area,this paper measures the niche fitness and spatial gravity of its production-living-ecological function,carries out its division of cohesive subgroups from the perspective of production-living-ecological function by the methods of the social network analysis and ArcGIS spatial analysis.Meanwhile,it identifies its pattern and evolution characteristics combining the quantitative and qualitative methods at the county level.The results show that:1) From the perspectives of production-living-ecological function,the spatial differentiation of niche fitness is obvious in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,and the internal subgroup structure has begun to break through the restrictions of administrative boundaries.The cross-regional functional connection and multi-level circle structure have been preliminarily established.2) In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,the leading position of "Beijing-Tianjin dual core" in production and living functions is still stable,but a number of urban circles around the capital that undertake the production and living functions of the capital have been formed,and the policy effect which is easing functions of Beijing is emerging.3) The formation of ecological town circle is not obviously related to the fitness level of ecological function,but an important barrier for ecological protection is constructed by the combination of ecological-type towns around the production-oriented and life-oriented town circle.4)It has formed 14 comprehensive urban circles with production-living-ecological functions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,and 2 typical types of comprehensive urban circle which are with core towns and with cooperative symbiosis of multi-core towns,which has laid a solid foundation for the coordinated development of Beijing-TianjinHebei and its pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban circle.
